At go-live, mandates already signed (on paper or in another tool) can be imported in one go from a CSV file, using the Import button in the mandate list.
Mandate import: settings and expected format
- Choose the collection bank: all mandates in the file will be linked to it.
- Choose the scheme: CORE (consumers and businesses) or B2B (business-to-business only). It applies to the whole file, so create one file per scheme.
- Select the CSV file, then click Import.
- Read the result message: number of mandates imported and errors, line by line.

Import result: mandates imported and lines rejected
Important — The separator must be a comma and the file must be UTF-8 encoded. A semicolon-delimited CSV export from Excel is not recognized: every line is rejected. Each line must have the same number of columns as the header.
Tip — A mandate expires when no collection has been presented under it for 36 months; the period restarts with each collection. The mandate list flags those about to expire. Mandates without a date stay in Draft until they are activated.
