Hosting in Switzerland
The Arkaio application is hosted on Microsoft Azure, in the Switzerland North and Switzerland West regions.
Encryption
All exchanges are encrypted in transit (TLS). Sensitive banking data is encrypted at rest.
Dual approval and EBICS signature
A payment is approved by two people, then signed electronically in EBICS (distributed signature, VEU) before it is sent to the bank.
Audit log
Every action is recorded in an audit log: who did what, and when.
Data protection: Swiss FADP and GDPR
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / nLPD) and the European regulation (GDPR). Details are in our privacy policy.
Good practices
Our security practices are inspired by the ISO 27001 standard. Arkaio does not hold an ISO 27001 certification.
