The dashboard shows at a glance your balances by currency, their change over 24 hours, cash flow trends over 30 days, and the latest payments and receipts.

Dashboard
The cash position (Treasury menu) shows the balances of all active accounts of the company. In the consolidated view (top-level company), the accounts of all your companies are grouped by company; otherwise, they are grouped by bank.
- One card per currency: total balance, available balance, number of accounts and the date of the oldest balance. Currencies are never added together.
- Intacct book balance and difference: for accounts linked to Intacct, Arkaio reads the balance of the general ledger account associated with the bank account, in the account's Intacct entity: total debits minus total credits of posted entries (drafts are not included). It compares this balance with the statement balance. The difference is calculated as statement − books. Matched appears in green when both balances are equal; a difference shown in orange usually comes from statement lines that have not been posted yet. The book balance is re-read at least once an hour, and at every synchronization.
- Account list: statement balance (with a small bar showing its share of the total for its currency), available balance, book balance and balance date. An unlinked account shows Not linked to Intacct; a linked account for which Intacct returns no balance shows Book balance unavailable.
- Lines to process: the N to process link opens the account's Transactions screen, already filtered on those lines.
- Freshness: the balance date is shown in plain language ("Today at 07:30", "Yesterday at 18:05"). It turns orange, with a reminder at the top of the page, only if the balance is older than the last business day: a Friday balance is still current on Monday.
- Sync balances queries EBICS banks (intraday statement) and Open Banking banks, then re-reads the Intacct book balances. The button only appears if you have permission to synchronize and at least one EBICS or Open Banking bank exists.
- More actions: Manage accounts, Cash forecast, and CSV export of balances (statement, available, date, book balance, difference).
