When a vendor's IBAN changes in Intacct, Arkaio blocks payments to that vendor until another person approves the change. The screen compares the old and the new IBAN.
Bank detail change alerts
Important — Before approving an IBAN change, confirm it with the vendor through another channel (a phone call to a known number). This is the main safeguard against fake vendor fraud.
